W. T. Williams starred with the Red Devils before playing for the University of South Carolina.
W. T. Williams was Larry Campbell's first star football player. In fact, W. T. threw a touchdown pass in Campbell's very first win in 1972. He performed well as a quarterback and running back for the Devils.
After graduating from LCHS, W. T. starred as a lineman for the Gamecocks in Columbia during the 1970's. W. T. is now a business owner in Columbia.
