The Georgia High School Association has released its proposed alignment for the 2002-03 and 2003-04 school years. LCHS stays in 7-A with Aquinas, Warren County, GMC, and Glascock County. Athens Academy, Social Circle, and Athens Christian move from 7-A to 8-A. Johnson County, Twiggs County, and the new Taliaferro County High join 7-A. Class A power Buford will move from 8-A to 8-AA. Washington-Wilkes remains in 7-AA. The final alignment is available at the GHSA site (link below).
